Server Wide Rules

DarkRP Rules:

Random Deathmatch (RDM)

Any Players harming your life or Damaging/Stealing your property may be killed without warning
Any Players not Complying with a Warn or Mug may be KOS.
If you’re in a Party or an Org with someone you have RP Relation with them.

RP Relation

RP Relation is Defined by:

If anyone you’re related to is Damaged, Wanted, Arrested, Killed, Assaulted, Mugged, Kidnapped Etc. You may kill the attacker.

Mugging

Kidnapping

You can only Hold a Kidnapped person for 15 Minutes, After that you must let them go or kill them.
You must wait 10 Minutes before kidnapping the same person.
Ransom cannot exceed $50,000

Raiding

Don’t raid any bases with a Building Sign.
If you die in a Raid you may not come back into raidzone.
You cannot do anything to assist in a raid if you are outside of raid zone / not a raiding class.
Do not Camp inside the base you’re raiding, Raids can only last 10 minutes.
You must wait 10 minutes before raiding the same person/group.
Do not Build/Delete/Alter your base while you’re being raided.
Do not abuse fading doors during a raid.
Do not hide in props to avoid damage or arrests.
Raidzone is subjective to the base; Raidzone should never extend onto streetways.
Unless stated otherwise, a base's raidzone is 7-player-length away from the base.

Building

Do not Propclimb or Propsurf in any way.
Do not Spam more that 2 props in front of, behind, or inside of a prop.
Do not Propblock
You may propblock off all extra entrances.
You can fully Propblock your base if you have a Building sign.
You can not own ANY Raidables or entities while a building sign is up.
You’re allowed 3 Fading doors in your base.
Fading doors must last 4 Seconds.
Your base can not Force anyone to Crouch or Jump or Sprint.
You can not make a Trap base/Fading bridges/Fake doors/Illusions.
Your base must be Clear and Concise.
Precision Walk is not allowed.
World Glow is allowed.
Skybases are not allowed.
You may not Base in the Ocean (Varies per map)
Do not build any giant useless structures in the middle of the street (Or in general), They will be removed.
Props Can not be invisible.
Maze Bases are not allowed,
Do not abuse fading doors or No-collided props

Demotions

Vendors refusing to sell
Insubordination (Not Following orders)
Government classes refusing to enforce Law
Government classes refusing to follow law. (Unless they are immune by Mayor)
Mayor giving special treatment to certain players.
Mayor receiving payment for changing laws.
Stunstick Abuse
Do not demote for Server Rules, Call staff

Government

Mayor has Final say of any building in PD, if he waives his right it is passed onto Police Chief.
Mayor may not set any laws the prohibit key gameplay. (No Building, No Gambling, Etc.)
Mayor can not make KOS Laws
Mayor cannot change default laws.

Police

Police must attempt to arrest instead of kill, Unless hurt by the wanted personal.
Anyone inside the “Police and Mayor” Areas are AOS.
Police can not Raid with criminals
Police Must warrant off of Visible infractions, if they can not see it, they can not warrant.
Police may AOS anyone with a hostage.
Police may build checkpoints if allowed by the mayor.
Police may kill if they get assaulted in anyway.
Police can be given a 10 second warning to leave or the risk demotion.
Police must warn individuals to go inside during a lockdown before arresting.
Police can Re-warrant bases if the (Police) raid is still going on.
Police can ignore raid timer if another visible infraction is present. (i.e Police finish raiding a base, 2 minutes later police can see printers inside, they can raid again.)
If an officer is trying to arrest you and you pull out a weapon, you are KOS
If you’re wanted the police are allowed to warrant any base that has your name on the doors (One base at a time).
Police may not plant evidence or incriminate others.

Metagaming

Your character is not allowed to use any knowledge other than what it’s learned in it’s current life. (i.e Cop gets killed by someone, Comes back next life and wants them for killing him.)
If you’re missing textures and see someone and/or Raidables through a wall you may NOT use that knowledge. GET CS:S

Raiding/Mugging

What defines a raid? > A raid is defined by Lockpicking/C4ing/Keypad cracking a base. Destroying entities does not count as raiding.
If i'm a hacker can I raid with a Org member when i'm not hired? > No you must be hired.

Can I block off the lobby of PD? > No, PD is public and players have the right to be there.
Do Arrest Baton count as assault? > Yes
